and a small business cheerleader!
How my story started...
For as long as I can remember, holding a camera in my hand has brought me so much joy. When I was younger, my parents even decided at one point to put me on a film allowance - just one roll per week. Nothing could compare to the excitement of sitting at the one-hour photo lab waiting for my double set of prints to be developed - one for me and one for my bestie. As the years went on, I reached for my camera less and less, but after a very hard pregnancy with my youngest child, I picked the camera back up to heal. I needed to heel physically and mentally, and the creativity healed my soul. I will never forget the night I rolled over in bed and told my husband I wanted to start my own business. Thankfully, he supported me without hesitation and has always been my biggest cheerleader ever since. I could have never made it to where I am today without the love and support of my family, friends, and incredible clients. I want my legacy to be one of spreading joy and making a positive impact on those around me. I am forever grateful that I am able to do this with a camera in my hand, doing what I love most.

We offer not only studio lighting but also backdrops and multiple furniture options for your rentals. Studio 557 is also available to the community to rent for small private events, parties, and baby or bridal showers.
