Memories are meant to last a lifetime, but surely enough, as the days go by, the memories seem to fade ever so slightly. Whether we have spent our time together celebrating your wedding day, the birth of your newest child, or documenting your ever-growing family, our Signature Heirloom Albums are the perfect way to never let any of those memories slip out of reach.
Our Signature Heirloom Albums are handcrafted and beautifully simple from start to finish. These top-of-the-line albums boast a luxurious, heirloom quality finish with a standard archival value of 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage. This means that these priceless memories will still be just as beautiful today as they will when your grandchildren carefully turn each page many years from now to relive each moment.
The Design Process
As with all of our offerings, we strive to bring you the best quality products designed specifically to fit your family’s needs. Designing your one-of-a-kind album takes time, but we will work together every step of the way to make sure that it is absolutely perfect. After we have worked together to select your favorites, it is time for the fun part for me: designing your album! I will go through and carefully lay out each spread, highlighting your favorites while adding in additional memories to retell the story of your day. Once the layout is ready, I will email you a PDF proof of your album layout, exactly how it will be printed. This gives you the opportunity to move around or swap out any of your images in order to recreate the story of your day exactly how you want to remember it. Before we can start designing your album though, there are a few choices you will need to make along the way.
8×8″ – Great for petite sessions and parent wedding albums
10×10″ or 8×12″ – Most popular choice for family sessions and smaller weddings
12×12″ – A great choice for weddings or other sessions with lots of details you want to see larger than life!
We also offer additional sizes, so don’t hesitate to ask!
Number of Spreads
One of my favorite features of the Signature Heirloom Album is that the pages are mounted flush and extend across the entire spread for a panorama layout with no split at the spine. When designing your album, you will hear the term “pages” as well as “spreads.” A spread is the combination of the left and right page together as one seamless design. Our Signature Heirloom Albums come in as little as 10 spreads (20 sides) or as large as 25 spreads (50 sides).
The Signature Heirloom Album is offered with either a leather or a linen option for your album cover. For a luxurious feel, our premium leather line is made of genuine Italian full-grain leather. These moisture-resistant leathers age beautifully with a rich patina. Our classic linen line is made of an elegant linen blend and features an assortment of colors in order to fit your album perfectly.

Now for the final fun step: personalization! What do you want your album to say? Debossing is a beautiful way to add your custom message to the front and center of your album. Select from one of two fonts in Blind (no color), Black, Gold, Matte Gold, Granite, Silver, Matt Silver, or Granite.

Personalization can be anything you wish! Many families choose their name, such as “Smith Family” on the top line and then the year underneath. For weddings, our couples usually do first names and wedding date but the formatting is up to you! Names for ideas can be “Jessica + David,” “Dylan and Paige,” “Amanda & Chris,” or even one of my favorites of a classic “Mr. & Mrs.” Dates can be spelled out such as “January 16th, 2023”, “10/10/23”, or even “02.27.23”. You pick what fits your personality the best!
Every family has a story to tell, and it is my greatest honor to be there to capture the most precious moments of your lives together. Our Signature Heirloom Albums are the perfect way to take all of those moments and bring them together to retell your special day. It is a way to preserve your family’s most precious memories. Can you imagine the moment when your child sits down with your wedding album in awe of such a special day as you sit beside them, reliving every memory? What about in the days leading up to your youngest going away to college when you can share with them the days before they even started Kindergarten? Making an investment in the present to be able to share each memory again in the future is a true gift.
