Southern Snow Days!

This year’s winter has brought more snow days in central NC than I can remember for the longest time.  Growing up here in the Triangle, snow days have always been few and far between.  Yet they have always been a good excuse to get outside to play all afternoon and then snuggle up close all night long.  Last month’s storm brought the most snow that my youngest had ever seen and that my oldest could ever remember.  All of that snow gave us plenty of time to play with all the neighborhood kids and even go sledding.  I’m ready for spring but after another ice storm yesterday I’m starting to wonder if it will ever come!
